Utrecht, 12 September 2023 - Dyami Security Intelligence is honored to announce the appointment of former Brigadier General Ajmal Shinwari as a Geopolitical Intelligence Expert. General Shinwari's extensive experience and dedication to global peace and stability make him a valuable addition to the Dyami team.
General Shinwari has had a distinguished career in the intelligence service of Afghanistan, the National Directorate of Security (NDS). Rising through the ranks to the esteemed position of Brigadier General, he notably served as the Commander in Chief of the Special Forces of the NDS and as the spokesperson for the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF).
His military journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of warfare, security, and intelligence intricacies. Beyond his military service, General Shinwari has contributed to the field through research, professional articles, and his book titled "Important Notices for the Commander."
To further enhance his expertise, General Shinwari has actively participated in courses and seminars in Washington DC, focusing on Operation Management and Leadership, Strategic Issues, Intelligence Reporting, and Operational Tradecraft.
